The Stone Roses Bar was founded in 1995 and is still going strong today. It is the original Stone Roses Bar, even though others have been opened since by our fans. To this day it still remains the original and best!

The bar is a cornerstone of Kardamena, standing proud right in the middle of the main village square . Each and every day throughout the summer season (May 1st – October 31st) The Stone Roses opens it’s doors at 11am and provides a place during daylight hours for you to relax and have a break from the hard-core sunbathing. Whatever takes your fancy – from a chilled pint in a frozen glass to a well-needed iced coffee, The Stone Roses is ready to provide you with a shady armchair, good music and great service. As we are in the centre of the village, you can make it a great meeting point the morning after – so you can get the REAL story of what happened last night!!

By night, the Stone Roses transforms into a rocking Mecca for all those indie/alternative fans – providing a haven away from the other bars with their chart/dance music. Even if you prefer to do a crawl round the bars every night, most people stop at The Stone Roses at least once in their night to have one of our famous cocktails or to start the evening off with one of our delicious, dangerous fishbowls!!
